The body axis tilts depending on your thoughts and consciousness. When does it happen?
When you doubt yourself
When you are acting against your will
When you are jealous or envious of others
When you have negative thoughts etc.
in such times, the body axis tilts.
And from that slight tilt of the body axis, it distorts the bones, causes pain, and appears as a symptom.
Always believe in yourself and be positive! !! That's ideal, but unfortunately I can't always do that.
Being a human being, it is difficult not to have a negative idea.

You are just "aware" that you are thinking negatively.
